DESIGN + BUILD REMODELING
COLUMBUS & CENTRAL OHIO
REMODELING CENTRAL OHIO HOMES SINCE 1980
A HOME THAT WORKS FOR YOU
It’s your home. You know which drawer won’t open when the dishwasher is down, where everybody piles their stuff, and exactly how many people can stand in your kitchen before someone needs to leave.
We want to hear about all of it.
Before we start drawing plans or taking out walls, we take the time to understand how you live and what you’d like to change. Then we work through the layout, materials, budget, and all the little decisions that turn a good idea into a room you love spending time in.
Because you should be able to admire your new kitchen and open the dishwasher.
Remodeling
is personal.

MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK
You hire us.
You work with us.
We’re Rick and Jeremy. When you hire Rick Kelley Builders, we’re the people who stay involved—from the first “Do you think we could…?” to the last detail.
We plan the work, coordinate the people, answer your questions, and figure out what to do when an old house reveals something interesting. Old houses do enjoy contributing to the conversation.
You’ll know who to call, what’s happening, and who’s responsible for getting it right. We care about the work, and we care about what it’s like for you to live through it.
OUR OWN REBUILD
This Time, we were
the Homeowners.
Our 1968 house in Upper Arlington is getting a new chapter. And we’re getting the full homeowner experience—including having approximately 400 conversations about things most people would never notice.
Follow along as we work through the design, the decisions, and whatever the house has been waiting since 1968 to tell us.

Let's Talk About Your Home.
Maybe you have drawings, a folder full of photos, or very specific feelings about cabinet hardware. Maybe you just stand in your kitchen every morning thinking, “There has to be a better way.”
Either is a perfectly good place to start.
Tell us what you’re thinking. We’ll ask some questions, talk through the possibilities, and help you figure out what comes next.
